FAFSA Workshop at Nottingham on October 18

Student financial aid starts with the Free Application for Federal Student Aid,(FAFSA) . In order to receive all of the federal aid to which you are entitled, you must complete the FAFSA application.

Financial aid professionals from local colleges will be available at Nottingham on Tuesday, October 18, beginning at 5 pm, to answer your questions and help you complete your FAFSA application.

Levonn Owens Wins Essay Contest

Congratulations to Nottingham senior Levonn Owens, who won first place in an essay levonn-owenscontest sponsored by the Northern District of New York Federal Court Bar Association (NDNY-FCBA). Guidelines required Levonn to submit an original essay based on historical sources about some aspect of the U.S. Constitution. His essay was titled “When Did African Americans Become Americans?” For his winning entry, Levonn received a $750 prize. Great work!

Open House Begins at 5:15 on Tuesday, October 4

Please note the schedule for Nottingham’s Open House on Tuesday, October 4:

Nottimgham boys have a huge soccer game vs FM beginning at 6:30. We moved the start time back a bit so the parents and staff have chance to get up there. Please attend if you are able.
